December 31st-January 1st was great It's February 4th to the 5th I didn't even get a room and I asked if there was a room available on the first floor before I booked it and payed protection so I didn't lose it and I got there and only the top floor was available

The room was ok I paid for the room with upgraded bedding and snacks I had to go get the snacks from the front desk myself the tub was dirty and the room smelled unpleasant it served it's purpose as a place to sleep for the night but definitely won't be staying again

The person working obviously doesn't know me gave me an attitude when I said that I had a pet and gave me a ripped off towel obviously someone else's pet made problems for everyone and the room the a/c unit didn't work and the fridge didn't work and it was the first room I ever had that I wasn't happy with

Room was clean and had a microwave and small fridge, which we weren't expecting. Staff was pleasant, but seemed understaffed at front desk. Long wait to check-in because of a single difficult customer ahead of us. No response to call to front desk for minor issue. Went down to front desk -- long line for check in with a single person at desk.

The room reeked of former cigarette smokers, and had a roach on the desk, dirty sheets and overall cleanliness was lacking in the room and in the halls. The staff were somewhat helpful but we were unable to get a new room.
