Our experience at this hotel was very bad from the moment we arrived. The hotel overall was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room was not the one I reserved. I booked a room with two beds, but instead I was given one bed and a sofa bed, which was not what I paid for. In addition, I had to go to the front desk three times because the key did not work and I could not access the room. This all happened late at night, which made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, it is 10:00 p.m. and we still do not have sheets or blankets to sleep, which is completely unacceptable after a long day of travel. Overall, it was a horrible experience due to poor cleanliness, lack of organization, and bad service. I do not recommend this hotel.

This was my first and last time staying at this hotel. The room felt unclean, the bathroom was a complete disaster, and the TV was not working or connected to any service. Customer service was very poor and unhelpful. My wife and I had a terrible experience, and choosing this hotel was a big mistake. We stayed here yesterday and will never return. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is literally the hotel from beetlejuice. The day we checked in the elevator safety inspection expired and the doors were very scary. You were stuck in there until you pressed the open button a few times. The carpet in the room is disgustingly dirty, walked a few steps from shower to bed and my feet were black. The fake balcony window was broken and cracked open (used to slide open i guess) so it was hot in the room the whole time. The bed left us with a itchy spotted rash. No room service, no breakfast, flickering hallway lights and the smell of mold and mildew was everywhere you went. Parking lot had crackheads sitting outside. Pool is very small and dirty. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE

No pool out dated rooms no fridge, microwave, iron, and no smart tv ROACHES only 1 elevator worked and it was horrible. The staff was great and friendly drug addicts in hotel ambulances called numerous times for ods door locks and doors had been kicked in. Tried to charge extra fees the police were there to stop them from charging extra fees at checkout no breakfest no water preasure toilets barely flush. I will never stay there again. Security on premises and need to ring doorbell to get in hotel

Hotel is under renovations and doesn’t look like the pictures, there very outdated. Checked in my room smelled like smoke, the bath tub was full of water, and tv played sound but screen was black. Very bad experience for me, and I flew all the way from Cali. They also have resort fees, for a very outdated hotel just because it’s in Miami.

Unsafe from the minute you walk in. Workers were behind glass with gloves. Elevator looked as if out of service, door to room looked like it had been kicked in and didnt close securely. We walked right out without hesitation. I would not recommend this hitel

The door lock was broken and didn’t allow the door to remain closed as if someone had kicked the door in (dark marks that could have been shoe marks were also present). After notifying the desk staff about the situation, they then advised that the entire property didn’t have hot water. The front desk staff also was very unconcerned and very unprofessional and wouldn’t tell Expedia that they couldn’t accommodate me, which would have allowed me to get a refund…in my book that constitutes THEFT. Also, this property shouldn’t be allowed to be an option for travelers because it’s a SLUM property and they need to stop using old pictures to bate people in to booking with them.

I never thought Expedia we’ll do this to me I got 4 tickets $3600 and I paid $800 for seats and a day before I leave I call Expedia to make sure I got my flight good they tell me mmm the seat that u buy was not there and my seats was all the way in back and they know I buy this seats $100 etch since I got 2 baby’s with me and now I got no seat with space the worse move I ever did was getting flight with Expedia
