The staff were amazing and so incredibly helpful!! Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Only two downsides, the pool was very dirty and the shower didn’t drain well at all. Those two things didn’t change how I felt about the hotel as a whole and would stay here again

The property is conveniently located right off I-95 and adjacent to gas/convenience store. This hotel has a good breakfast buffet and nice lobby area. The accommodations are clean. There is an outdoor pool, but its upkeep is just ok, with leaves falling in pool. The location is 10 min from downtown West Palm Beach and 20-25 min to Delray area.

Housekeeping was not good. We had to ask that the sheets be changed after spilling coffee on them. They made the bed but left the dirty sheets. Room smelled really bad due to the air conditioner that needed to be cleaned. Also, room was just worn and old.

Nice staff! Subpar hotel!

The place is a dump. Our room smelled, the shower had mold, the carpet had holes, the curtain was falling off, my towels smelled like curry (yes the spice!) The staff was wonderful and very kind and helpful but this hotel definitely needs a renovation especially for what they are charging a night.

Property was nice and experience was smooth. The design of the rooms is not optimal. We asked for connecting rooms and while we got rooms next to each other, there was no connecting door. Also the layout of the room is strange - with the bathroom at the foot of the beds and the TV off to one side. The bathroom was also a little dated or just needed some deep cleaning.

A great place to stay

The staff at the Spring Hill Suites were attentive and friendly. The Hotel itself was very clean. The breakfast selections were plentiful. Convenient access to Interstate 95 and a short ride to most major attractions. Overall a great stay.
