Compare Ski Hotels in Western Massachusetts

The property was clean and the staff was polite, but I was disappointed that I was placed in an accessible room even though I did not request one. I asked if another room was available and was told the hotel was fully booked. While I understand availability issues happen, the room layout was not comfortable for my stay and did not match my expectations when booking. Other than that, the property itself was decent and well maintained.

The room is clean, comfortable with a coffee maker in room. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The gym had all equipment and working order

The room was massive and roomy. The floor was shiny and clean. Everything was tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Easy, comfortable and convenient; rooms and public spaces are nice, modern and stylish updates of modest 60s/70s original motel facilities.

Lovely, historic hotel in need of some refurbishment and more meticulous housekeeping.
