Compare Ski Hotels in Westminster

Room was nice, but had no thermostat so was pretty warm. The entrance was a bit confusing at first as well.

Everything was immaculate! The staff was friendly, and the location was near the airport.

I booked a two-room, two-night stay at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled and that there were no rooms available for my party. This was especially frustrating after coming off a delayed flight. Despite having prepaid in full, the hotel failed to honor the reservation or provide any reasonable solution. When I explained the situation and that the flight delay was completely out of my control, the staff was unhelpful and offered no assistance. To make matters worse, they have refused to issue a full refund for services they did not provide. Being left without accommodations after a long and exhausting travel day is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

The attached resteraunt / bar is top notch

When the heater broke we were given a new room immediately. The staff was very helpful.
