The room was very nice, spacious and clean. We lucked out with a top-floor room so the view was ideal. All service was superb, including the valet service. One minor complaint, maybe, is that the cooling system seemed to have a hard time cooling; went as low as 60, we left it at that and the room was still burning up. Putting it on 65 was awful! Otherwise, everything was great!

Nice king room with comfy sofa and large tv. All clean and comfortable.

We will be going back to this hotel. Even though location was in a little bit of a shady area, it felt safe to walk to 16th St Mall. The security was good, had to use room key to go up and down on elevator. Parking was NOT good, had to register online to get a cheap rate and park 2 blocks away. Front desk service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Room and bathroom were super clean and modern. TV and all other equipment/electronics worked! Breakfast had very good choices. Only complain, swimming pool was in basement and needed to be updated.
