Book Weymouth Landing - East Braintree Station hotels

Check in clerk was awesome. I had a question after checking out...called talked to one of the rudest person called Brian at the front desk .. wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me ...I actually asked him to email me my receipt. I had to contact customer service to get it. The lady at customer service was awesome. I definitely wouldn't stay at the Braintree Sonesta again.

The hotel was just dirty; the elevator, corridors and lobby. The place was also just run down and in poor condition. Desperately in need of some upgrading and attention.

There was a mouse in my room and it was a problem in many rooms in the hotel. This was concerning that an exterminator was not set up immediately to deal with the issue.

Great place. Clean and awesome breakfast
