Ordered in room breakfast but waited like 2 hours, called them to follow up then found out my order was forgotten and it was time to check out though. Had to cancel the order, then the waitress showed up with our breakfast said it is on the house. It is a nice gesture to show their caring about customer’s feelings.

Having stayed at this hotel for eight autumn visits, I must commend the management for creating such a wonderful experience for guests in Whistler. Unlike many businesses in Canada, they have not sought to cut costs by employing cheap labor. Instead, they have maintained a positive hotel culture by employing excellent and well-trained staff throughout the establishment, which greatly contributes to customer satisfaction and encourages repeat visits. I certainly plan to return next fall without considering any other options.
