From the balcony, the scent of pine drifts upward as you relax with a warm drink and watch the sun fade behind the peaks.
Living spaces
Snowbird 100 offers two inviting living areas designed for connection and comfort. The main living room features a large sectional sofa, 55" 4K Smart TV, and Sonos Dolby soundbar. The open layout flows into a dining area for eight and a breakfast bar for three. Downstairs, a second living area with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound provides a separate space for games, reading, or movie nights.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, heated floors, and everything you need to prepare meals. Step out to the balcony to use the BBQ grill or dine outdoors when the weather allows.
Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this townhouse accommodates up to ten guests. The primary bedroom includes a king-split bed and ensuite with glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, and private deck; the third offers a queen bed and nearby bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the lower level, one bedroom has a king-split bed and ensuite with a soaking tub, while the fifth includes a king-split bed and access to a separate bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor living & amenities
Guests have access to a shared hot tub within the complex and a lower-level patio with outdoor seating. A mudroom with boot dryer and bench keeps gear organized, while amenities like in-suite laundry, free Wi-Fi, and secure parking for two vehicles add everyday convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
