Downstairs, a second living space with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound offers a cozy setting for movies, games, or quiet reading after time on the slopes.

Its layout supports cooking together with ease, and the nearby balcony offers a BBQ for meals enjoyed with views of snow-covered scenery. Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests. The upper floor features a primary bedroom with a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, gas fireplace, and private deck access, while a third bedroom provides another queen bed and wardrobe storage. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these rooms. The lower level adds a bedroom with a king-split bed and private ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub, while a fifth bedroom includes a king-split bed with access to a nearby bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
