The Space:

Crisp alpine air meets you each time you slip out to the balcony, while the quiet setting and spacious interiors create an inviting place to return to between snowy adventures. With room for your group to gather or unwind separately, the townhouse provides a comfortable retreat throughout the winter season.



Living spaces

Two living areas give you flexibility throughout your stay. On the main level, an open layout frames mountain views and features a large sectional and a 55" 4K Smart TV with a Sonos Dolby soundbar. The flow into the dining area keeps everyone connected, whether settling in for a shared meal at the table for eight or enjoying a relaxed breakfast at the bar for three. Downstairs, a second living space with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound offers a cozy setting for movies, games, or quiet reading after time on the slopes.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen includes Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors that bring welcome warmth on winter mornings. Its layout supports cooking together with ease, and the nearby balcony offers a BBQ for meals enjoyed with views of snow-covered scenery. A dining table and breakfast bar provide space for your group to gather comfortably.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests. The upper floor features a primary bedroom with a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, gas fireplace, and private deck access, while a third bedroom provides another queen bed and wardrobe storage. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these rooms. The lower level adds a bedroom with a king-split bed and private ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub, while a fifth bedroom includes a king-split bed with access to a nearby bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Outdoor living & amenities

A practical mudroom entrance offers space for winter gear, complete with a bench and boot dryer for easy transitions in and out of the snow. The lower patio includes outdoor seating, and guests have access to a shared hot tub within the complex for unwinding after a cold-weather day. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, wifi, a dedicated workspace, heating, an indoor fireplace, a private entrance, and secure underground parking with extra street parking.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

Other Things to Note:

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
