Stayed here at the end of a week long family Yukon trip. Great, relaxing ending to our trip.
Rooms are nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location. River is right across the road with a nice trail, coffee shop, restaurants and ‘local made’ souvenir stores all within 1-3 minutes.
The staff was the best part. They were so friendly, welcoming and were very responsive to requests.
Also , The Belly of the Bison, restaurant at the hotel is a must do. It’s a bit pricier but worth every dollar.
We liked the boutique style hotel, shower was great, bed was very comfortable. Employees were very helpful. Great location next to shopping and nightlife.
I had a room on the first floor. The walls and ceiling are quite thin. The person in the room next to me was speaking on his cell phone, on speaker phone, and I could hear/understand both parts of the conversation. I could hear every step above me. The hotel staff started knocking on doors just after 8am to do "housekeeping" which is quite early. I wore earplugs but could still hear the noises. There is a large gap under the door--I blocked it with a pillow to drown out some of the noise and the light but it was still frustrating. The room was very clean but small.
The property is close to stores, restaurants, walking trails along the river and across the street is a great coffee shop bakery. Public transit stop is also a block away. This location is very walkable to all your needs including the museum.
The staff were exceptional, saying hello/goodbye and helping me with luggage.
The bathroom had great amenities.
During my first night, it was loud with people were loitering outside.
I'd stay here again!
We stayed there for three nights for a Northern Light adventure trip.
The hotel room's facilities are great, but the soundproofing is poor so it can be quite noisy at times.

Great location, comfortable rooms and clean. It was a fantastic stay
Really enjoyed this property! I usually stay somewhere else in Whitehorse but this will be my new choice. It was clean, recently updated, and the night agent was very kind. May not be the best place if you’re a light sleeper. There’s a lot of hallway noise when people are coming and going.
We liked this property a lot. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
-Incredible staff from the time of reservations right through check in and in the on-site restaurant!
-Big size suite
-Shout out to housekeeping as our room was super clean and well taken care of the whole time. Really appreciate the attention to detail and care.
-Restaurant was good too.
-It's within walking distance of everywhere downtown
Cons:
-Suites up on the 3rd floor are insane to get to. LONG flights of stairs to go up and navigate your baggage or shopping.
-Struggle for parking. And during the day you have to pay for it hourly. Would be better if a day pass was possible.
We would recommend this hotel but just be aware if you aren't top notch fit, that it's a lot of stairs to manage your items or to just go get something from your room.
Excellent 3 day stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was good but the bathroom was a but cramped. I had a nice view if the Yukon River from myv window. The hotel is located at the end of the main street and is close to everything you need
