We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious - a little old feeling but it was clean and comfy so we were happy and you can’t beat the price. We loved the location and kids enjoyed breakfast!

3 adults & 2 children stayed here since we always love Embassy Suites in CA. The bathroom was old with dirty door frames, missing dirty grout. The floors were filthy: socks turned black. "reception" had only of pepper jack cheese, broccoli, & carrots; Ruffles, Goldfish, & Chex Mix. Problems: my glass had a chip that scraped my lip. In the AM, breakfast (supposed to be until 930) at 830 "we ran out of plates". Only had paper dishes. Ripped seats. Huge crowded mess of people with only paper bowls to put the sausage, hard pancake non-edible discs, scrambled runny eggs, oatmeal, 3 dry cereals. only garbage old apples, or bananas. 1 person making omelets. The whole kitchen area was WAY TOO SMALL! no glass dishes--only paper everything. BUT then at 840-"NO PLATES"!!!! try putting your whole breakfast in tiny paper bowls! The waffle in a paper bowl?! No muffins, donuts despite sign "bakery". NO SODAS--"ran out of diet coke & Sprite"! Only a pitcher of milk that you put in 6 oz plastic cups. The desk clerk was busy eating her big bowl of cereal during this whole fiasco--"go tell the chef"--really? “Chef” was trying to build & cook all the omelets for everyone! No syrup for waffles until 900 when a person came out of the back room with little packs. In summary: the breakfast fiasco worse than a Motel 8, dirty walls & door frames, and grout, and a reception not like any other E.S--all a sign of cost cutting and poor management, but the price was the same as all others!

The room was not good quality and the restroom the water for the slanted shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and we almost slipped. The breakfast was the only thing that was redeemable. We stayed at the Best Western the next night and it was $75.00 less a night and a far supr3ior room and bathroom

The room was more than disappointing. The beds were awful and uncomfortable. The bathroom was atrocious with water damage and mold on the walls, tiles, and grout. The reception staff was subpar. The positives: The bar tender was kind and had great customer service. The breakfast was decent and got the job done. And one of the supervisions, Kylie, was very kind and accommodating to our concerns.

The beds were so bad, I woke up at 1 AM hurting so bad that I went and slept on the couch and this was a supposed premier suite. It felt like I was sleeping on cardboard on top of a spring. If I wasn't so tired I would have changed rooms but we drove 900+ miles that day so I curled up on the small couch.

Quite possibly the most dirtiest embassy suites we’ve ever stayed in. It literally felt like a second rate motel at best couch. Cushions were soiled stains in the carpet ripped cushions. It was absolutely deplorable and embarrassing for the brand. It was so dirty that we opted to not eat at the breakfast buffet , I can only imagine the cleanliness level of the food if that’s how they take care of the rooms. Never again.

I checked in last night. 10-31-25/ At 9:30pm when to dinner came realized our shower had hair in it not just a lil was a nice chuck full… And no shower mat, I’m 8 pregnant traveling alone with my babies. After shampooing the tub got slippery I fell on my knees… on top of that I tryed getting awhile of the front desk numerous time 5,6 time with the room phone & figured mayb it’s my room phone. Then I tryed with my personal phone @ 11:44pm & 11:59pm like 4,5 times. Room was cold when arrived we turned furnace on too 81 degree & think it we’ll warm quick. By the time I was getting my babies ready for bed at 12:30 mins you I’m traveling with my 1 yr old, 2 yrs & 3 yr old. Still wasn’t warming up. Being up all day traveling I decided to just go hoping it we’ll get warm up. By 4:30 am I woke up it’s squeeching cold again. Turn up furnace too 95 still no heat…. Then by the time breakfast came around I notified the front desk. All she said she can do is wave my parking fee $10 & I would have too call hotel.com to get some kind of discount—- refund…. Our stay was very freezing I had to keep my babies bundle up wasn’t comfortable at all. I just couldn’t wait to check out. I requested late check out but it being cold. We had to leave soon. As we got ready. I couldn’t even bath my babies before bed cause it being so cause of being so cold.
