Room was clean, bed comfortable with good quality bedding/pillows but the fixtures, fittings and decor in the room and bathroom are very tired and dated. Well past due for an update and redecorating….. must be many years since the last one! For the price we paid it should have already had the update!! Breakfast was good with a variety of options but this area too needs a modern update of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings..

I was rudely treated from.teh front desk staff from the minute I walked tbrough the door. My first night of my stay, I had people stop by and my friemds famjly was getting to town for a family weddimg on the weekend. When i was called, I started to send people away and them I was called again and threatened to have security come to my room. I respomded politely that everyone was.leaving and we were being much quieteronly to habe her say that r"irght now " they haf to go. I then escorted my company to the outside of the hotel. Called 3 times in a 30 minute span and did as they asked. Friday morning, I awoke and went to get breakfast. Walking by the frobt deak counter, I smiled and said "good morning"only to be ignored and frowned at without any response at all. I then felt like I was looked down at from there on in foe the rest of my stay.

Location is great, pet friendly and so convenient being able to access Boston Pizza from hotel lobby. Super handy especially with winter approaching! We didn’t get eat the continental breakfast.
