Room was very clean, staff was overall very friendly and helpful. Main reasons why we could not rate the resort higher was related to the inability to make restaurant reservations for the first few night with no option to take care of it in advance as well as inconsistencies with room supplies in regard to coffee and snacks.

I love the casitas, and the resort. The nye party was awesome and will definitely come back. If there was annoyance, it would be people claiming pool loungers at 7am (with books and towels) and never using them.

Several issues. Unable to make reservations for dinner for all nights upon arrival.. When trying to make the reservation on the day of, the restaurants were all full until 9PM. But we just walked up to the restaurant we wanted and were taken right in. Safe in room was not functioning and was never replaced. TV in room did not work and was never fixed or replaced. Quality of food at Pecos Grill steak house was not good.. on all courses. We have stayed here many times over the past 25 years but this will likely be our last. Otherwise, love the location and the casitas.. This was more of a management failure.

The staff was 1000/10! Laticia and Paula made our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable and beyond perfect. They made us feel so welcome and celebrated! Just like family, I don’t know if you can request certain concierge’s but we will be requesting them when we go back and we can’t wait!

We showed up for honeymoon. Our room wasn’t decorated or anything. Nothing special was set up for us. Our shower didn’t have hot water at all. When we ordered room service they would question how many people we had in our room. They would try and up sell us on EVERYTHING. It’s an all inclusive and would try and up sell us on the menus, alcohol, massages, transportation etc.They told us we would get a discount on our couples massage and they never honored it even though we had a physical coupon. Broken glass plates were shattered outside our room from room service and they would never clean it up so we were constantly walking on shattered glass. Staff asked for tips. Overall, very poor experience and sad we took our honey moon here.
