I loved our stay it was convenient being close to the 401 as I had to be downtown Toronto for an early appointment. Everything was great and rooms were very nice and quiet.

Staff always friendly and professional. The hotel is suffering from age but always clean and the rooms are well appointed and large. The separate bedroom is always such a nice touch. The price is terrific and area is quiet for a good sleep. Right off the highway so easy access. Highly recommend recommended for travellers

Was a great check in process. Nice hotel. The air conditionner in our room sounded like a plane was landing but overall it was ok. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff always courteous and friendly. Very large rooms and while some of the hardware and furnishings are aging, everything is always in good shape and very clean. Such a surprise to have a separate bedroom and some of the sweets feature upgraded kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave and hot plate. Very good accommodations

From the moment I walked in I knew it would be a far greater experience than the other hotel on the strip (mentioning no names). Cleanliness, property upkeep, initial welcome... all 5 outta 5 stars. But the on-duty manager Carlyn is a gem! I've worked in the customer service, hospitality and travel industries and Carlyn checks all the boxes. Her outstanding friendliness is matched only by her informative & thorough check-in. She gives the guest a aense of value and makes the blah town of Whitby a place you want to visit (as does Jason at the bar in Milestones, but I digress). Excellent stay!
