Nestled in the foothills of Yuma AZ, this 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom boasts a large yard with a sparkling pool (not heated, so pretty cold in the winter months) . Enjoy the mild winter days and beautiful winter nights on the large covered patio, complete with large BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining table, and lovely seating area, or come during our spring and summer and enjoy the refreshing pool, and cool A/C to escape the AZ heat . There is a large yard for your full enjoyment complete with new turf area for lounging. The great-room has a custom island with seating, a small dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen. A leather couch and recliner for your T.V. watching comfort.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a walk in closet with two small dressers. The master bathroom has double sinks, and a custom tile shower.
The first guestroom has a queen sized bed, with a large dresser and closet. The second has a queen bed with a small dresser and closet.
The guest Bathroom has a tub and shower combo and one sink.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. We had a really comfortable stay while visiting my sister. I really appreciate all kitchen gadgets. If you wanted to cook you would have no trouble preparing meals at the house. We were on vacation so we tried a bunch of local restaurants. It was so helpful having take away menus in the kitchen. I am not a coffee drinker, so I used the tea kettle every morning. The host provided tea bags, coffee, & coffee maker. I was really impressed by the water filtration system & faucet. We didn’t need to buy much bottled water. The pool isn’t heated but I still enjoyed a swim the last day we stayed at the house. The water feature wasn’t working on the pool. That would have been nice to listen while enjoying the large patio & back yard. The master bathroom light didn’t work. I only noticed the second morning of our four day stay. There is a lot of natural light in the master suite. It was easy getting a hold of the host & the light bulbs got changed the next day. My son left his iPad. I was so grateful to the host for finding it & shipping it home to us. Overall the house is a wonderful place to stay.

Great get away

Loved this beautiful home had everything we needed for our weekend! Beautiful back yard and had a very nice pool just sad we didnt get to use it was to cold . Hopefully we will be back to enjoy the pool! Great place to stay and great communication with the host.

Quiet Setting Fortuna Foothills

We enjoyed our stay in the Yuma area. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Roomy and comfortable home with most everything you need available. Easy access to activities in the area. Restaurants a short distance away or grill from the covered patio. The house accommodates a couple or families. Pool in the backyard. We would return.

Beautiful Foothills home

The house is in a great neighborhood just east of town. Beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. Back yard was spacious and the pool was amazing. I would definitely recommend!
