Propreté : excellent Nous avons eu une chambre au 3eme étage, mansardée, pas de vue du tout ! Et de plus nous n’avons pas pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte car il y avait des moteurs qui fonctionnaient très fort. TRÈS DÉÇUS pour un 4 étoiles. C’est peut-être parce que nous avons réservé par Hôtel.com qu’on nous attribue une chambre qui vaut tout juste 2 étoiles !

The hotel was not what I expected!!! It was GREAT!!! The Front Desk Staff was absolutely spectacular!! Location is perfect for anything you want to do in Pamplona... just an Uber away, even though I drove in. Parking on site... Super quiet. The restaurant and cafe were great as well. I saw a bus stop on the corner... didn't use public transit... it was irregular due to the festival... but Uber driver provided his number and he was available on call.... Been to Pamplona many times, this is my new campround!!! Thank You!!

Expedia and the hotel should not advertise a restaurant without noting the fact that it is only open at lunch time. Plus the cafeteria is a very limited service that is majorly overpriced.

OK. But not a place where I would come back again.

Clean and some staff was really good and some not really caring (like many places). Option for free parking is a plus. But you feel it is an older hotel. Elevator got out of order and showerhead was detached from wall. Things got fixed when mentioned, but it is all the little things which has an impact on total impression. Breakfast was OK but not the feeling of a 4star hotel. The area is not a nice place with industrial companies. Somehow we also had a lot of flies in the room as soon as opened it for 20-30 min. I would rate it more like 3-3½. It was more or less the only place left for San Fermatin/Bull run. So we were at least happy to have this option.

Hemos ido en familia para San Fermin. El hotel está muy bien comunicado con Pamplona, para el autobús justo en la puerta y en recepción nos han ayudado dandonos todos los horarios y proporcionandonos una tarjeta transporte. Las habitaciones están limpias y son confortables. Tanto el personal de recepción como las camareras del bar muy amables.
