Front desk staff not welcoming or friendly.

Loved the location. Easy to get around. Pool was a nice bonus. Even the pull out was comfortable. Beer was cold in the lobby lounge! :)

Spacious rooms for Europe!

Internet service has to improve! I was seven nights at the hotel, it would have been great if sheets would have been changed once, or twice…

Nice rooms, very clean , good location of the hotel and good staff and great food.

Breakfast buffet was decent. Rooms are very old and outdated. I found hair everywhere on the bed, on the bathroom floor. I dont think it was thoroughly cleaned. Also, there was something like a black piece of something in the bed comforter. So cleanliness is questionable. It is convenient location but if this is the cleanliness than i would choose elsewhere. I came here because i use hyatt often when traveling but this is not hyatt quality i am used too.
