Room was clean fresh & modern. Breakfast was great, plenty of options & good quality. Aircon too cold tho in all areas. Plenty of shops around & easy walk to Central station.

It was amazing we enjoyed and staffs very helpful and they did give me cake for breakfast is my birthday tomorrow, I was surprised, we are checking out today thank you W.hotel

Review: The customer service was amazing! The person assisted us was so friendly I hope he sees this, thanks John for making our anniversary delightful. We were upgraded to a deluxe room as we were celebrating our marriage anniversary, which was such a lovely surprise. We also received a complimentary cake and two bottles of Coke. The view from our room was absolutely mesmerising — we enjoyed both the sunset and sunrise with a full 180-degree view of the city harbour and the Opera House. It truly made our stay unforgettable!
