My friend fell in the shower. It was slippery and when she stepped to get in she fell. She cut her finger severely, and was bleeding badly. I went to the lobby to get some band aids or gauze and they had none in their first aid kits, but did send a medic to our room to bandage her up! They took her name but have never followed up about her condition. I kinda felt like they were trying to sweep it under the rug. It wasn't very professional in my opinion.

The room was clean but did have an awful odor in it , the bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were awful there to big and bulky, this won’t be my first choice the next time I need a place to stay in bangor . Staff was friendly .
