Classic hotel with updated features.

The front desk staff at night was fantastic and fixed out room issue in a jiffy. The room was very updated and had a deep bath tub for soaking in. I'll likely have to buy my wife one of those now. Thanks a lot 😆

It’s always a very welcoming place to stay. This stay we had food left in our room From previous guests. Fitted sheets did not fit and you would wake up on an old mattress. People banging on the walls and then up all night with someone blasting music, woke me up at 5am and I did call it in and they did stop somewhat disappointing

The people working there were nice. The place was clean. Their breakfast was good too with sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. The volume was a bit low on the tv.

When i went to check out. The person at the counter didn't either know how to check us out and or just didn't want too. Felt weird. And they didn't refund my small deposit. Not the first-time i habe had issues with this place but its cheap. And you get what you pay for...

Check-in was great! The negatives are the garbage outside in the back, the trail to the beach had human feces and toilet paper in a couple places...The pool was cloudy, I definitely didn't want to swim in it, there wasn't enough towels for the amount of people in our room, and the sink didn't drain very well. The positives were the breakfast was fun for the kids, they got to make their own waffles, checkout was easy, and beds were comfy.

Stayed for a 1 night stopover & the accommodation was suitable for our requirements. A couple of restaurants in walking distance. The beach is some distance away, accessed by walking through a single, narrow track with tall vegetation, then over sand dunes. The breakfast room is very small and insufficient for the number of guests. Check in was friendly & efficient.
