There was nothing we liked about this stay. The staff was fine. The room was dirty, shower curtain had a hole in it, the beds were not clean, food right at the edge of couch, fan was dusty, little rubberbands on floor, toilet kept running, the vent had stuff splatted all over it. The breakfast had no juices no pepper. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed the 1 day. Not pleased hopfully Expedia will help refund the second night.

Kevin was a friendly face and offered a great welcome to us upon check-in. Across the street there is a Lion's Club Playground that offered a nice way to easily get outside with the kids. The street the hotel is on does not have a sidewalk, so that was the downside of the location. You are close enough to hear the ocean (not see it even if you have a balcony room). We enjoyed the pool/hot tub amenities and our room was clean and comfy. A great experience for a good price!

Sheets,mattress were gross. Had to go get new sheets. The there was so much noise. Made it impossible to sleep especially with littles. Cops had to be called and nothing was done about the noise. Was a miserable night.

There is a walkable path through the dunes to the paved dune walk. We enjoyed having a balcony with fresh air and ocean sounds overnight. The pool and hot tub were older but clean and very convenient. We hope to return.

Good value and nice accommodations except for the bathroom. Tub diverter makes high pitch noise when used, bathtub slippery when wet, no matt provided, the bracket that holds the bottle hair conditioner on the wall was broken. The refrigerator was frozen over. Had to defrost it before I could use it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the type of room we got as well as the condition of it. It had a loft and was filled with the amenities of a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and wet bar. No snacks or booze was in that area but it allowed for us to unpack our cooler and goodies so we could enjoy the suite. The beds were a little on the spongy side. Not too bad though. I’d say for it being a comfort suite at 125 bucks, it was a steal. We had a view of the ocean, a couch facing it, as well as a fireplace there as well. The A/C worked just fine, it had ceiling fans in the room as well. The bathroom and shower were standard. It had vending machines and ice available for us. The gym seemed to have a generous amount of equipment in it. The pool was heated and the hot tub worked great as well. The complimentary breakfast was great. Had tons of options and the eating area was stocked and clean. I’d definitely put this place as a top option for the Ocean Shores area.

The quality of the room and it’s cleanliness was subpar. My bedsheets had stains on them and my room door didn’t lock. I was able to push the door open without using my key card. For as much I spent for three nights it just wasn’t worth the cost. Customer service was fine, though I didn’t deal with anyone very much. Water pressure in the bathroom was low, which was frustrating.
