Everything was great, and would have gotten 5 stars, except for the dog barking. People are so rude leaving their dog in their hotel room to bark, bark, bark when they go out. Really. Not cool when people are trying to sleep. Had to complain to the manager, who called the owners. Who are people so inconsiderate

Rooms were over priced for how dingy and run down they looked inside. Carpets sticky and seemed like some full time guests lived there. Alot of weirdos lurking in the parking lot staring at you when you come and go. Def wouldnt bring my kids back to a place like that. I felt like a shower after walking into our room.

Room was dirty when checked in, hair all over bath room crumbs all over floor dirty coffee pot you could see old coffee dripped all over it. Fridge full of sand. Inside of the room it looked like the door had previously been kicked in.sketchy people around there and staff.109 had the door wide open for hours smelt like cigarettes and pot as you walked by and the guy im there was part of staff and sketch. The front desk guy that checked me im was nice. I do think that a 10.00 an hour early you check on fee is ridiculous especially because the room was already ready..it was a place to sleep. It definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The manager that checked us in had no clue what he was doing, it took 30 plus minutes to get checked in and I was the only one in the office, he asked at least 3 separate times how he could help me like I was a different person, he charged my card after I already paid for the room on Expedia and did not have an answer as to why he charged my card and apologized for my concerns. Fortunately the next morning at checkout the lady was very helpful, she was able to explain what had happened and reversed the charges. It was definitely one of the strangest experiences I have ever had checking into a room. The property and rooms are pretty run down, the rooms did not look anything like the pictures showed. I will avoid this place in the future.

This place is a dumpster fire the owner I assume an Asian man, rude very short, makes you feel very unwelcome. I stayed at the same hotel when it was actually not rundown and in good condition and I was impressed. Unfortunately Maintenance has lapsed and the staffing is horrible.

Unit was clean but had a strong smell of disinfectant when we arrived. Entry door had 3/4" gap at the bottom. allowing cold air to come in (and possible small critters.)Looking out the window provided a view of trash. Not certain if the hotel owned the property.

Out stay was nice. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I realized when I got home I was missing my swimsuit I was told by one employee they found d it and could ship it to me, I told him I would have the money the next day I would call back then. When I called back I spoke to a woman she said she was getting ready to end her shift and would check with her co worker and call me back the next day. She never called me back so when I called back she told me they didn’t have it and lied about telling me she would call me back. When I tried to ask when her co worker that told me he had it would be in she said I can’t give you anyone’s schedule. Now I guess I keep calling until I speak to him. I’m thinking someone took it home. Which days inn policy is they have to hold onto belongings for at least 30 days.
