I’m not sure if this is her real name or not but Chloe at the front desk was extremely rude upon check in when we stayed here. She even put her hand on her hip, did the little sassy head wag and yelled to another employee to come help me because I was saying she was rude. I had to ask her why she was being so rude to me for literally no reason at all. Her response was that she wasn’t being rude. Then the other employee came and said oh I can garaunee she wasn’t trying to be rude. Wow! Are you serious?! Where’s the customer service? This place has really gone down hill. There was only one outlet in the entire bedroom that wasn’t already being used by the lamps etc, and that outlet was by the sink, for a blow dryer I imagine. It needs updated and to be renovated. The two stars they earned are because the employees at the breakfast buffet were 5 star employees that provided exceptional service! Awesome job breakfast crew!

Beautiful hotel. Staff is so friendly. The whole place is very unique. Room are gorgeous and so spacious. My only critique would be guests were very loud while we were there. Kids running around everywhere. Woken up around 2am. Also kids screaming all throughout the hotel during dinner and breakfast. Not sure if we were there during an event or this is the norm here.
