The facility is so well maintained. The space is a bit dated, but it has lots of character. We really enjoyed our stay, and the extras that the hotel offer really made our stay special. From the afternoon happy hour drinks, to the delicious hot breakfast, to the clean pool/hot tub facilities, we will definitely be booking future nights at the MCM elegante.

The parking area was not that clean. When I walked in immediately I saw the thermostat in the hall was hanging off the wall. The glass door into the room was dirty with handprints. The bathroom had some pink slim around the rim and there was water spot and build up on the faucets. The pictures of the fountain were just that, a picture, they were not working. I did try the grill. It was okay but overpriced. I passed on the free breakfast, no healthy choices. Not worth the money to stayhere.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent happy hour, on site dining yet close for walking to other restaurants. Fast elevator, quiet spacious rooms and plenty of parking.

The hotel was just amazing. All of the staff from top to bottom are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Free breakfast was good every day. The free happy hour every evening made the trip fun. My Suite was great with plenty of room to spread out and very comfortable bed.

Room was clean. Need to update toilets. Way to low for average person yet again for disabled. Need to be the disabled seat height. Toilet seats need to be replaced definitely wear and tear. My room had table top in the suite which wobbled on the top not the bottom. Update lighting so that usb charging can be done. Only two usb areas both in wall and not located conveniently. Other than these cosmetic issues was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.
