DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! If you have another option do it. Arrived for a business trip of 17 days 2 rooms. Both rooms filthy on arrival. Bugs, Roaches and not just the kind that’s alive. Cig butts on floor. Broken furniture. Stains on everything. Broken locks. Missing fire detectors. Broken pool. Roof falling down. This place should be condemned. We left due to major health and safety concerns. They did refund partial. But not entire partial amount. Do not do business with them. Expedia also failed on this by first listing them as an option and second by not refunding us properly.

It was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Thebone double bed had some red substance on the sheets. The hotel send a refund back to expedia but told me i had to go to expedia for the refund.

There were people sitting outside drinking all around the hotel. Two men were burning or cooking in a wheelbarrow. This has to be one of the run down hotel I’ve ever seen.

The air conditioner didnt work properly so even tho it was set at 66 ac high fan it was barely blowing out. The floors were dirty my socks were black on bottom after walking in room without shoes. Door lock didnt work only the little latch thing did. Soda machine stole my money and one of the washers smelt like straight meldew.

WORST place in Abilene!!!!!

The place was totally filthy. There was trash and Pizza boxes in the trash can. The shower head was being held together and covered with a wash rag to keep it from leaking everywhere. The sheets were stained and dirty and the pillows were falling apart and open allowing the filling to fall out. The front door had a 1-2 inch gap under it allowing rodents and lots of outside air and outside noises to come in. The towels were stained and old and one towel had a long hair in it. The floors were dirty and not vaccuumed. The shower corner had hairs on it. The older lady at night would not give me additional towels when I asked for 2. She said she would only give me one. The man at the desk in the morning called me salty when I checked out and asked for my money back for the second night I was supposed to stay there. He only gave me $20 back and had told me that the room rents for $219 that second night because of the weekend events in Abilene.
Note the was wash rag at the shower head.
Note the huge gap under the front entry door to allow rodents in.

Our room was listed as non smoking. Only cigarette buds were under the bed and i had ashes on the bed that i had to dust off. The toulet didnt look like it had been cleaned in a while. The floor was dirty with hair everywhere.
