Our stay was horrible, we arrived the first night and were gave a room that smelled like urine, there were body fluid stains on the linens and the linens were dirty. My 73 year old mother had an allergic reaction to the bed and we found up having bed bugs.

To begin with, they got our reservation screwed up then they gave us a room. The room was not clean, no towels, melted ice cream in the fridge, fecal matter on the toilet rim. Looks like the cleaning lady grabbed the dirty towels and called it clean. There was also a funny smell in the entrance of the room. The main entry is not wheelchair friendly either. Honestly, won’t stay here again.

We did not stay because AC was broken, floors sweating and soaking wet right when you walk in, elevator took over 3 minutes which once we got off the doors closed and took our kids up which was unsafe, the outside building looked dilapidated with no curtains or blinds on the third floor, window open on second floor hallway, rug pulled up in elevator not stabilized; trip hazard

Hot unclean hotel

There was no A/C in the lobby or hallways. There was still trash in the room, a hole in the mattress, power outlet hanging out of the wall, wifi didn't work, clear evidence of water damage in the shower/tub. Requested a handicap/wheelchair accessible room and did not receive those needed accommodations. Elevator was working upon arrival but then labeled out of service on the second day which was detrimental considering the room was on the second floor. Refused to refund money for the rest of the stay.

Booked a room for three people , and room didn’t have but one towel and two wash rags in it. No coffee pot or cups. Only enough pillows for two people . Next day we thought they may come clean and add things to the room but when we return they hadn’t been in . We straightened the room and had to ask for what was needed.
