Not a good room

During my recent stay, I experienced several issues that significantly affected my overall comfort. Upon checking into my room, I found that it had not been cleaned properly. The bed pad had visible dirt, which required me to strip the bed and take the linens to the front desk, as housekeeping had already left for the day. While the front desk staff offered me the option to change rooms, I had already begun the process of cleaning and decided it was not necessary. However, the challenges didn’t end there. Later in my stay, I discovered that the remote control for the television was not functioning, and the following morning, I encountered another issue when the microwave in my room also failed to work. Despite these inconveniences, I managed to make the best of my experience. However, I would prefer not to stay in the same room during my next visit. I believe improvements in room maintenance and facilities would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Convenient to a restaurant if you miss breakfast and near other dining options. Like the free parking. I suggest that a handicap opener for the side door be installed. There are ramps but it is not easy for someone in a wheelchair or who has a mobility issue to enter it.

Overnight Stay with Pets

My partner and I needed a pet-friendly place to stay near home while getting some work done to our house. We booked 2 nights at this location and had our 3 dogs. The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites in Aberdeen was more than accommodating to what we needed. When I checked in, I let the concierge know that we would not be staying the first night but would be in before the standard check-in time for the second night. He confirmed that we would not have the pups the first night and only charged us the pet fees for the night we actually stayed. While this seems like common sense, I greatly appreciated it as (while we were prepared to pay the fee for the entire booking) this saved us $75. Overall, the stay was quiet and most other patrons seemed to be on business travel. The hotel is near a variety of dine-in and fast food restarants, connected to an iHOP, near to a few different shopping centers/strip malls, and has a nearby dry cleaner. We would stay here again.
