I would give the staff 5 stars. Literally the best hotel staff. Incredibly helpful and understanding. With that being said that is kind of where the 5 stars stop. We check in got all the way to our room only to find a tub full of water. So back down to the desk we went and they put us in another room and explained that that side of the building was getting work done on the sprinklers. Then we get our new room and when we walk in the one sprinkler was out of the ceiling and there was insulation on the floor. Back down we went to get a new room. The third room was good but you get what you pay for. Uncomfortable bed and the bathroom wasn’t super clean. I did also see a cockroach on the floor in the lobby. I appreciate the staff but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Everything was okay until i awoke at 2 A.M. to find the temperature in the room was 63°. I didn't see a point in confiding with the desk at that time, so I retrieved my sleeping bag and got through the night. I went for some coffe in the dining area, sat down and witnessed a guy on his laptop sitting next to me smoking a thc vape. When I went to the front desk for checkout, I informed the representative about the heat not working in the room, she was apologetic, and told me she would speak to her supervisor about a discount for the inconvenience, but said there is no guarantee. A discount was never awarded and the odor of the thc vape was noticeable at the front desk. No professionalism or discipline regarding policy or rules.

The staff members I interacted with were superb. The cleanliness of my room. I’ll give a 6 out of 10. The bathroom cleanliness is a 4. The toilet was terrible from the hard water. The cleaning staff needs to use a little elbow grease. the ceramic floors were dirty. I purchased cleaning products to clean the bathroom and wipe down things that were not. The room stunk of something really spicy. I was there for 4 days. There were two unopened coffee packages on the floor behind the little fridge, who knows how long they were there.

The room was indeed spotless and beautifully maintained as was the whole facility. A very appealing lounge/hearth in the entrance lobby. The young lady manning the desk was very competent and pleasant. Breakfast was more than "continental", with much to choose from! I really wished I had planned to stay a few nights so I could have better enjoyed the excellent atmosphere.
