Beautiful building but service does not match price. There is no water in the room. There is a coffee maker but no water to drink. I had to take my pills at night and no water. Called front desk and the answer was to go down to the lobby and purchase a water bottle. No room service available. A simple complimentary water bottles in the fridge or even a jar with filtered water would had been enough. Essentials for customers must be a priority

There were so many animals in this hotel, barking and running up and down the halls it was very disturbing. The people above us were stomping around like they were elephants, and we called the front desk and they stopped for a few minutes, but then they continued throughout our stay.

The room was spotless and clean!! Sheets soft with plenty of pillows. The shower was also very clean and the provided soap and lotion smell great! Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options and the coffee was a good strong brew! Overall a great stay!
