Yes. Staff: Shannon - was a great help. I needed a hair dryer, he supplied me with one, ran out of coffee, he made more, helped us with directions to Apache Junction. Need more like him. Char from MN.

I didn't stay they had no clean rooms on the bottom floor and wanted to give me a handicap room. I tried to cancel and the room wasn't cancelled so I got charged full price for a room I didn't stay in. What a rip off.
