Clean hotel, nice staff, but disappointed that the elevator didn’t work. Hard to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor at our age. Should’ve offered someone to help since they knew it was broken. Washer in the laundry area broken, too.

I required and booked a handicapped accessible room, which is on the third floor. The elevator was out. Apparently, it had been out for some time; before the room was booked. The staff put me into a comparable room on the 1st floor but the propertiy's very load HVAC equipment (in disrepair?) is next door, making a good-nights sleep nearly impossible. Nice property otherwise. Staff was courteous. While this is a one-off situation, I'll be staying at the competitor's property from now on.

First the Elevator didnt work n we stayed on the 2nd floor had to carry all the bags n my Elderly mother up the stairs very inconvenient then the shower was TERRIBLE no pressure just dripping and no body wash or shampoo just conditioner n the toilet was running all night n the heater kept turning off thru out the night. Ive stayed with IHG hotels over 60 times this year n never had this kind of experience very disappointed

They had a good breakfast. The room wasn’t super clean. There was spilled drink on the walls and the room had a weird smell to it. Definitely not the dirtiest hotel room and for a Holiday Inn in Alamosa. It was decent. Can’t expect a lot when going to small towns. Over all the great service good hotel staff was nice and the pool was clean.
