My daughter had her first baby at 11:54 at St Luke’s. By the time we got everyone settled in for the night we need a place to sleep at 3:30am. Two new grandmas completely exhausted. The front desk person said that we could check in the next day at 3pm. I begged her to help us out and she said no. It took us going to 3 more hotels to find one that would let us sleep. So I’m out 100 dollars for nothing.

This was our first time staying at a Hilton and we were really impressed. The staff was amazing to work with when we arrived. There was a line to check in, but the gal at the front counter was really professional and friendly and apologized to everyone about the wait. The girl that was working overnight was also really friendly and really helpful again, we were really impressed and will make Hilton our preferred hotel.

Booked this property to stay at on my way through the area on a ski trip. Everything was fine except an unexpectedly high pet fee at $75. This was almost as much as my room rate and I have a 14lb Bichon that doesn't shed. Other than that, the property was clean, safe, and welcoming.

This hotel is a favorite- always an oasis on our trips to visit family in Washington. Welcoming Christmas music at the entrance, cozy lobby area with fireplace and lovely decorations. Friendly helpful staff and a lobby bar to have a glass of wine by the fireplace. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
