The hotel wasn’t what the I expected. On the website it shows different pictures of what actual it is. Also the room we got was dirty and it smell so bad. We had to canceled and move to another hotel.

Everything was dirty. The moment we walked into the hotel it had a strange stench the floors in lobby, halls and elevator were filthy. When we got into the room the bath towels had brown stains and the door and pictures and mirrors had something spattered or spilt on them and finger prints EVERYWHERE. The outside doors were not securely locked and sticky people in the parking lot. We will not be staying here again

Disgusting, gross, roach infested

Room smelled of mildew and cigarettes. Killed 6 roaches in a 36 hr period. Slept in my car one night and just used shower. Police were there twice during my stay and I maybe was at the property for 7 total hours of my 36 hr stay. This property needs to be condemned.

Hotel experience was a horrible mess all around. Asked for extra towels and TP only to be told they were completely out, the entire ground floor was being worked on making traversing around the hotel a pain, and the hotel employees were very unsympathetic and rude. Saw many other guests being treated the same way, would NOT be staying here again!
