Front desk clerk was so rude. Been coming there for 15 years and will not be back nor will any of my staff. Breakfast lady was turning off the tv and closing everything down at 9:30 while people were still eating. Hernan, the front desk attendant should not be in hospitality, should not be dealing with people at all.

Our experience was not great. We were traveling and in need of good night's rest, only to be kept awake most of the night by the family above us allowing their children to run, jump, dance, and you name it until all hours of the night. Front desk folks were told 3 separate times, yet nothing was done. Now, we are to travel another stressful day with little to no sleep. So, just a heads up, there's no help from staff, and they are happy to take your money.
