The renovated common areas were impressive. Our suite however was not properly cleaned. Lots of lint on the floor and what looked like a small pile of sawdust. Also the room needed more furniture and better attention to detail. Lots of wasted space. Sconces should be hardwired, not plugged into an outlet below with wire showing. The tv stand/chest of drawers didn’t cover the wires for the phone. It wasn’t centered in front of the couch. I hope they got a discount on the electrical work. For $400 a night I expected more.

Beautifully renovated - perfectly decorated! We have always wanted to stay there. My husband and I took the opportunity to treat ourselves and visit our daughter - a PSU student. My husband is an alum and once worked in the restaurant while attending the university. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Only minor downside was the AC unit was loud when running but wearing earplugs helps! Beautiful hotel with many common areas to sit and relax.
