Outdated, pricey but comfortable

So I stood at the check-in desk for quite awhile before the staff person rushed in from the back door, bringing the odor of marijuana with her. The area behind the desk had rags and a bucket on the floor, and general junk. It looked trashy. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and linens were comfortable. There were just two bath towels, which seemed cheap. And there was not a single garbage can in our suite. The hotel needs some serious updating if you’re going to charge $179.00 for one night.

Not like the pictures... not good !!!

Lobby was dirty, swimming pool was very slippery and had a bunch of guys openly drinking while our daughter swam, shower was only scalding hot, room floor left socks black, and breakfast was really bad (trays for hot food but none, broken waffle maker, etc.) Overall, very disappointing.

The hotel is not as clean or modern as pictured. The front desk charged me $20 for “incidentals”. I checked in at 11:30pm and left at 7:30am, what “incidentals” did I incur while I was sleeping? The room while clean was very dated looking. The hotel is not near anything except office buildings. Was worth the $100/night I paid I guess.

I extended my stay one more night for this trip and it was great! I will definitely return. Plus the management was gracious enough to allow me to check out at 1pm due to my circumstances the room is clean and spacious. Bet lovely hotel !! I enjoyed my stay and felt clean and Comfortable!

Incredibly hot lobby, pretty hot room with limited AC. First room there was a turd in the toilet with no toilet paper and limited towels. Second room had poor AC. The entire hotel is in need of repairs and flnew carpets.

Kindness Matters

After a few years of many hotel stays, I’ve found that the friendliness and kindness of the front desk staff can make or break a stay. This hotel earned 5 stars from me on that basis. The value for money spent was excellent, but the diligence and kindness of staff was where the real value came through.

Absolutely. Thought the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was the worst for a hotel stay. Hot food was cold. Just an f y I for first impressions. The elevator floors need to be vacuumed. Entry doors should be cleaned like I said first impressions.
