The stay was not bad. There were a few things that I wish were better. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been. But, The rest of the room was clean. The breakfast could have been better. The bacon was really good but the eggs were cold. Custom service at the front desk was really good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, there was one major downside that impacted my experience. On the positive side, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The bed, bathroom, and overall room cleanliness were impressive and appreciated. However, the biggest issue was the AC/heating unit—it was extremely loud and ran all night with a constant, disruptive noise. After a long day of driving and looking forward to a restful night before continuing my vacation, I found it really difficult to sleep. The noise made it hard to relax, and I woke up feeling tired and unrested. This would have been a much better stay if the room had quieter climate control. Hopefully, the management can look into fixing or upgrading the system for future guests.

The front desk representative said she couldn't find my reservation nor the confirmatio number I showed her from Expedia. The staff including the manager with braids that does the breakfast, hair not tied back and hair in scramble eggs. I love Holiday Inn Express, but this one need some staff training. Holiday Inn Express is our seven year old favorite hotel chain.

Front Desk Attendant was very nice and made the checkin process very easy and conveniently with a smile. Great customer service goes a long way and he did a very good job making sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again.

Gross!!

The bathroom was disgusting. Black mildew everywhere. The chair in the room was worn out. The corners of the rooms all had dust. The walls were filthy. They gave us a top floor room and it was so gross the guy at the front desk said “i got you” and gave us a key to a 1st floor room that was literally just as bad. Bathroom floors had stuff growing on them. Shower head had other stuff growing on it too! Our beds looked slept in when we arrived too. But we were so tired so we just fell asleep- but not for long because the traffic noise was so bad. Only nice thing about this place was the morning coffee was surprisingly good and they tried hard for the breakfast. Also the staff was nice. But the place is so run down!!!! Nothing like the reviews. I kept wondering if I accidentally booked a wrong place!
