Pool heater is out of service for the next few months. Room service opened the door on us saying the room was supposed to be checked out the day before (that’s when I actually checked in), then another room service manager knocked the door to get more information (Not their fault, they had a sheet in hand showing the room number) so I suppose the receptionist who checked us in dropped the ball. Kevin from front desk was friendly but could not help transfer us to a nearby hotel with a functional (properly heated swimming pool). Marriott customer service could not help because I booked through hotels.com but hotels.com customer service was able to help cancel the 2nd night and get a refund for that night.

Brian at the front desk was super helpful when I needed to add a night to my reservation. The hotel itself was very clean and the layout of the room was perfect for a few days’ stay. The only thing missing is an on-site restaurant, which I would have loved.

We had a nice stay but the room wasn’t prepared with enough towels for five and was missing the bedding for the sofa bed. Easy to fix but as we got in late it would’ve been nice for the room to be completely ready.

We stayed at two nights in this hotel. Checkin and checkout was smooth, room was clean and big with desk for office work, fridge and microwave in the room. Staff was friendly. I read other reviews earlier that some rooms have kitchenette but my room did not have. Bathroom was spacious and good. TV has good options with multiple movie channels also. Breakfast was good with options for hot breakfast like baked patoto, eggs etc. probably they could have added waffle make also as my wife does not eat egg and we don’t eat pork and beef so without those it was limited options. There was no bread slices also but bagel was there. This hotel is very nicely located near highway and next to Promenade mall which gives lots of options for shopping, movies and dining. We went to Allen Town art museum also which is around 15 miles from the hotel and we have other dining options and tourist attraction there as well. Street Parking was meter based in Allen Town if someone needs to go as I did not find any other public parking lot near art museum.
