The heater in the room I was assigned was faulty. It was on cool when I first walked in so I switched it to heat and that caused it to turn off. I could not get it back on so went to ask the guy at the front desk for help. He jiggled the cord where it plugs in to the outlet and finally got it working. I believe the outlet may have been faulty as the unit continued to turn off randomly and that's how I would eventually get it going again. A kitchen was part of my room, but no dishes, utensils, etc. were included and that was a disappointment as I'd expected such. I had to go buy what I needed to cook simply and dish soap to clean up. Had I known that I would need to do so prior to arrival, I could have saved money by booking a cheaper room and eating out. The shower was a disaster. Floor was busted and cracked. Showerhead barely produced water and couldn't be adjusted. Room could benefit from some updates, but it served its purpose.

I stayed here for 2 weeks to visit my family. The price was right, but the property was nothing special. The room was dirty (under the table and in the bathroom). The bed was just a little better than a cot. The walls were super thin (noisy). There was a constant dripping sound in the bathroom that did not come from a faucet. The side door was inconsistent, sometime it opened with my room key sometimes it didn’t. I’ll definitely try to find a better hotel next time I’m in town.

Rooms are dirty, staff is unpleasant, it is pet friendly, air conditioning is ehhh! When we first checked into the room we found a roach crawling on the wall. The refrigerator is dirty, the counter top stove wasn’t cleaned very well! Just all around the the room was dirty and needs to be cleaned better! The bed was hard and me seems to be very uncomfortable!!
