The night manager (April) had a horrible attitude and was extremely unprofessional. She was very disrespectful to her guests and one of her co workers creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. A hotels management should set a positive example, and that was not the case here.

This was our second stay here and it was as good as the first. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really like the location too. It's walking distance to both Hancock and Houghton, river front walks and trails.
