Remote on tv didn’t work. Staff came down and said” don’t know it should work”. I asked her to try and find out and let me know. A hour later I called back and was told she left half a hour ago. Jacuzzi tub in room was dangerously hot. The cold water faucet just spinned round and round but I don’t think it did anything I hoped for a relaxing Christmas Eve night and it turned into a frustrating fiasco That jacuzzi is a law suit waiting to happen with someone getting hurt

Clean room and hotel in general, friendly staff, great variety of breakfast items and genuinely good food. Worth the price, and so convenient for the show we saw the the Soaring Eagle Casino.

Front desk attendant was not polite at all, a lot of the hotel smelled like smoke and our room wasn’t cleaned there was still trash from the previous people who stayed and there was hair on the pillow cases and linens
