Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival, clean and acceptable. Location was perfect, was visiting family that attends Central Michigan University, hotel was located right on campus, I was literally five minutes from everything.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Paid over $200.00 a night and our room was never cleaned!!! The bathroom just had a sink with no vanity. The shower appeared to be for handicap use. Small shower with huge seat in there. Disappointed in the bathroom .

I stayed three days, and had breakfast on the 2nd morning. I believe that breakfast should be extended to 10-11 am. The mattress should be replaced because it was way too soft. A firmer mattress would be much better.
