The fellow who made breakfast was very nice, and the night lady clerk (evening clerk) was very nice, happy. The hot tub was nice.

Wrong city. No matter how many times I requested iron mountain I kept getting iron river. When I thought I had finally gotten iron mountain obviously it became iron river and I didn't catch it. I paid almost 200.00 for a bed I couldn't use. I go through iron mountain every year. This is very frustrating when you're exhausted and no vacancies anywhere. Plus paying for something I didn't use. I'm very unhappy.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. The pool was warm and the people friendly. Breakfast in the morning was a bit better than the usual. My only complaint was my 4 year old being kicked out of the pool early for adult time. 10 pm means 10 pm, not 9:40.

This will be a place I return to when I visit again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire place is well kept. Coffee in the lobby at all times which I enjoyed. Restaurants are also close by,

Great staff from front desk to housekeeping and especially from maintenance. Front desk let us store some pizzas in their freezer overnight. Maid was very nice. Maintenance man stay over to fix our A/C. Put in new unit in no time flat. I felt bad for him as he was called back in at least 2 times more to fix something. He was very pleasant about it. I don’t think I would have been. Looking forward to our next stay in a few months. Hot tub was great. I wish the pool was heated. A bit chilly. 😁

Property was fine. Ive stayed here many times. I come up to see my son and grandkids. Only complaint this time is the breakfast wasnt as good as it used to be. Not much ti do in iron river so I use the pool and spa with the grandkids.

Great Place To Stay

Desk staff and others were friendly. Not sure how old the hotel is, but it seemed very up to date and fresh. Rooms were clean as well as shared areas. The breakfast was pretty basic, but good enough to start the day.
