Staff was very friendly. The hotel was literally falling apart all around. The elevator look like it had been flooded, the panels in it were warped and bowed from all directions. There were paint chips all over the floor throughout, the rooms, the bathroom doors did not shut,. The room pieces of the walls were falling apart. There was a loud and very strong, salamander heater going in the lobby. The pool was not working, apparently for years now but still advertise the hotel. The bathrooms the tubs were peeling, to the point wjere metal could be seen, neyond rust. Just awful, we ended up sleeping in our car, no other hotels were available.

The hotel looked nice from the outside, but once inside it was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. I did not feel safe—the door jamb appeared to be broken and poorly repaired. My room was dirty, and despite turning on the heater, it remained cold. The heater was blowing cold air instead of warm. To make matters worse, a pipe burst and alarms went off at 2 a.m. and again at 7 a.m. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and that says a lot since I travel frequently for work.

Room temperature. Thermostat in both rooms booked do not work. Set to 67 degrees made it feel like 90. Neither my aunt nor I slept more than an hour at a time with the constant need to get up and turn the heaters on (if it got cold while being off too long) or off (if left on too long making the rooms stifling hot) never again.

The staff was delightful. When I thought I'd lost my water cup, they helped me look and offered one that had been left long ago. I found mine under the car seat where it had rolled! The breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. Mandy (I think) was funny and helpful. A good experience!

There was what looked like a poop stain on the carpet, the smoke detector light in the middle of the room kept blinking and was insanely bright, there was a crazy slant to the floor from the door to the far wall, the bathtub was painted and the paint was peeling, the tub was very slow to drain, and there was toothpaste on the sink faucet.
