Disappointing Stay – Major Cleanliness Issues Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. To start, the pool was out of service, which we were not informed about ahead of time. When we entered the room, cleanliness was a major concern. There were noticeable stains on the floor near the refrigerator that looked like food—or possibly something worse—which was very unsettling. The bedsheets also had visible stains on them, and I have photos documenting both the sheets and the carpet. The entire room appeared as if it had not been properly cleaned or dusted in quite some time. Surfaces were dusty, and the bathroom had watermarks and other marks all over the walls, making it feel poorly maintained overall. This was far below the standard we expected, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their cleaning practices moving forward.

Check in went fine- got into our room and looked like someone had spilled a soda or similar on floor and it did not get cleaned up. Floor was very sticky in spots. Bathtub/shower was just weird. Very narrow and felt like bottom of tub was broken and they had laid a rubber mat over it. Felt like you were stepping in a hole.

Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed!

The pool was closed due to health code violations. Wish I had known since I had kids with me. Staff was friendly. There are restaurants walking distance and a mall close by. Floor in the room had a weird stain on it and the beds were hard but other than that it was all clean. They did try upgrading my 2 queen bed room to a king but I don’t see how that is much of an upgrade.

I reserved rooms at country inn & suites several months ago but when I arrived was told I had to move to another motel they owned but was still under some construction. The room I was given in the 2nd motel didn’t have the toilet even hooked up & then the 2nd room they moved me to I found a bug crawling along the tv.

Pool was basically down. The heater was broken. You could swim at your own risk…but waaay too cold to actually swim. No drain stopper in the tub, so had to use a hand towel. Looks a lot better online than in person. Not a terrible experience, but not the best either. 3/5 overall for sure.
