I booked room in advance. I was given our keys and when we got to our room and went in, there were suitcases and personal items all in room--- it was already occupied! We had to walk all the way back to desk with 2 kids and had to wait again to get another room. We walk all the way to 2nd room, and the keys wouldnt work. The door was bent and the only way to open door was to lift handle upwards. Constant noise. They apparently rent the pool out for a public party which was supposed to be over by 8/830 and of course it wasnt. Adults drinking in pool area made my daughter uncomfortable. Mildew in shower tiles. Air in room wouldnt regulate. Rooms definitely need updates. Plugs near nightstand didnt want to work- phones didnt charge even being plugged in all night. Plug at sink loose and hairdryer kept unplugging.

We didn't even stay.We ended up cancing our reservations because i was told the hot tub was not working and would not be fixed. We were in town for an even and hot tun was a must.

Room was hot. AC was on and the room temperature never went below 72. Very warm though out the whole hotel. There were bugs in the ceiling light in the bathroom.

The pool was big and the kids loved it. Ended up having to go back to the room early because of the adults that couldnt even walk from partying. Had to help a missing kid find their mom who didn't seem to care when we did find her. Woman passed out in the hallway chair upstairs with puke running down her leg. Dog poop in the hallway. The rooms were outdated but OK. The bedframe is just ply board and the pillows are old. Mold and old coffee in the coffee pot. The front desk was fantastic though. Make sure to go early for breakfast or you'll miss out on all the hot food. Interesting hotel for sure.

Nice stay

The hotel staff were very nice and acted in a professional manner. The pool area was clean. Rooms were very clean. Our only issues were that the shower drain in our room was clogged so we stood in a couple of inches of water while showering, and the weekday continental breakfast had miniscule gluten-free options.

For the price we paid the room was very outdated. I did not know that the shower would be in the jetted tub either. The mattress was horrible to sleep on all in all for the cost. It was not worth it and I will not be going back there ever again!

Avoid at all costs

We arrived and checked in. Got to our room and it was 79 and humid. The thermostat did not work. Called the front desk and someone came down and after about 10 minutes of playing with the breaker box got it working. The next morning after breakfast we went back to the room to shower but the shower did not work. It took over 5 phone calls to the front desk and one hour before we were finally given access to another room to shower. When I asked for a partial refund at checkout I was told the office manager would have to look into it because I booked through hotels.com. I left my contact information for this person to call me back and 10 days later and two calls into the property I have not heard back. I will be trying to get a refund through a lawyer or hotels.com at this point. Would rather sleep in my car than stay at this place again.
