Online said that there is a pool at this location and that was not the truth. My granddaughter was so disappointed. You can tell the sheets were not new sheets just the bed re made. The shower was dirty. I had to scrub with cleaner. Free breakfast was muffins in a pack and juice. They should re word it because its deceptive. Very disappointed and will never stay here again.

There was a party in two rooms across from us. The staff was unable or unwilling to control the party and it went on until 5:30 am. Fights in the hallway, foul language and constant slamming doors between the two rooms of the party. Staying with my three children and felt unsafe. No refund or formal apology from hotel.

I have stayed at a ton of different red roofs I always had pretty good luck. Should have known something was wrong when I had some homeless looking people hanging out in the parking lot. But once we got in the room the room was fine checking was fine. But it was like a animal house inside all night long. It was people running down the hallways slamming doors screaming yelling laughing until 2:00 in the morning. Then our room was filled with marijuana smoke for a couple hours. And once all that ruckus died down at 5:00 in the morning somebody got slammed into the wall three times and screamed like they were being attacked. It was a never ending saga I never felt more unsafe in a hotel room. There's obviously no supervision or security or rules. So other than that I mean the room was clean and neat and newly renovated it was just a zoo and you could get no sleep

I would never stay here again. I have never stayed in a "hotel" that did not come around to bring fresh towels and wash cloths. I believe the older couple that I kept seeing were the owners. They kept staring and not saying anything which was very creepy. The tub would fill with water anytime the shower was used. At times, there was no one at the front desk which is a security risk. We were in a room next to people that were smoking marijuana and arguing. It was not in the best part of town and across from a McDonalds. I have stayed in motels that were better than this "hotel". Very disappointed!

The 100$ deposit was a surprise, only 2 towels and wash clothes for 3 people, didn’t work out well. Dry blood on one of the mattress pads, the shower head needed some bad de-scaling and the insulation was very poor we could hear everything from the room next door.
