First room was the double queen we booked. We walked into the room to find the tub full of dirty water and clogged up drain. We were given another room, but was a king bed, and we slept uncomfortably. To make matters worse, we walk in the bathroom to find the floor completely wet from a leaky shower head! I expected a certain standard from a Hampton Inn, but this was a great disapointment

45 minutes to check in. I could not understand why she had to walk away for keys and to get water. She acted as if she was annoyed I was checking in, 3:45 pm in the afternoon. It was one of the worst check in’s, ever!!
