The tub and shower area in the one of the bathrooms is separated by a door from the toilet and sink area and is accessible from the master bedroom and from the hallway. Near enough to campus to walk to games and events. Just a five minute drive to downtown Canyon, 15 minutes to Palo Duro Canyon and a 23 minute drive to downtown Amarillo. The house is in an isolated subdivision with easy access. The home has a rear-entry two-car garage. The backyard is private with a large covered brick patio.
