No staff. One person there. He was trying to do everything. Nice person, but it was so unorganized. The entire place was so dirty, no remote for TV, toilet didn’t flush. There was no continental breakfast. So disappointed. We got 2 rooms one as a gift for son and daughter in law to celebrate his bday. Supposed to be a sweet and jacuzzi tub. Just gross. Filthy tub and sheets.

We didn't stay, decided to drive an hour and a half home. The bed had hair and box elder bugs in it. There was no way that we would have slept in that bed.

this hotel is not one that I would recommend to any one at this time they are going thru a change in ownership the quality of the hotel is poor! We were only there for one night and they could not find my reservation in the system, so they gave us a room that was not totally clean or ready for a guest to stay in. We found trash in the room there wasn't any toiletries in the bathroom or shower our tv remote that operated our tv the manager came and gave us a different remote and worked on getting to work but needed to take a break never to return we tried to get it to work on our own but was not able to get to work so we gave up and called it a night. We enquired about the problem and the manager came and brought a different remote that gave us options but it still didn't work and never returned to our room to see if it worked so we called it a night! The next morning we walked to the lobby and there wasn't any fresh coffee or really any thing for breakfast other than cereal or protein bars not to happy with our choices! They couldn't print out a receipt for our stay either. Also it was very difficult to find because the name of the hotel has changed ! how ever the staff was very friendly and very helpful when asked and tried to make our stay a good stay!

This property is under new management. Anthony was amazing. He went above and beyond to take care of us and make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean, pool was warm, and our requests were taken care of. There is a restaurant next door with THE best cheese curds and lots of trails and activities nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

They charged my card $60.00 when I checked in. They said it would be refunded in a few days. The manager was not there and the person who checked me in really did not know what to do. He said he could not find the manager who was supposed to be at the desk

The hotel was changed hands recently and the hotel is short of staff and the only staff on duty was Anthony. He was very helpful and switched our room at my request (we preferred a room on second floor). Also I asked if he can give us an extra blanket, he took a warm blanket out of laundry room and gave it to us right away. I am very happy with his service.

I was disappointed I rented a room again. There were pubic hairs and head hairs in the tub, never had hot water in the sink. Saturday morning I went down for breakfast, three pieces of white bread in a clear container and one packet of instant coffee. Then on Sunday, my guests went swimming, and there was hair and stuff in the pool water and the slime underneath the lip of the pool water was falling into the water. It was a very unpleasant experience and if I could give it a -10, I would. I will never stay there again!!

Our whole experience was bad here that we didn't even stay. First when you walk into the place the front desk person is behind glass and they were dress in an old t-shirt. Then our key didn't work (on an outside door)so I had to get another one. This key didn't work either. The front desk person went in from the hall door. The outside door was deadbolted. When opening the door you had to push on it with your body because the old paint made the door stick. When we got in the place smelled of mold, the front glass window was cracked, the sheets were stained yellow and their was black mold or coloring on the pillow. When I went to the front desk to complain the person was no where to be found. I even dinged the front desk bell. I think he went to bed. We left and went to a different hotel a half hour away. Also the continental breakfast area looked disgusting.
