Really enjoyed our stay at Amadi Park Hotel. Modern conveniences in a central location. It is in a newly constructed building with an elevator. We had a very comfortable stay with great value.

Good stay!

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. Although the reception is on the first floor, there was ample signage to direct me there. The front desk was very helpful for check in and check out; the room was clean; and I appreciated the proximity to restaurants, tram lines, and popular destinations.

Expedia keeps asking me for a review, but.. I read reviews of this property on several other sites and decided not to stay because it seemed sus and looked rank. Hotel kindly ignored the cancellation requests from customer service, but for my own peace of mind i really didnt want to take a chance on this place either way.

The hotel room was slightly disappointing, the TV was tiny, wouldn’t turn on and not a smart TV which is such a nice feature to have! Solomon was great and helped us out with parking when we couldn’t find any, he is also very knowledgeable so if you need anything, just ask him 😁

Not recommending this hotel.

do not stay in room #213 - it smells like feces , do not stay in room #218 - the air conditioner was not working for 10 days, ask three times to fix - nothing was done, cannot keep window open at night as the tram noise starts at 5.30 am. Asked room to be cleaned after 7 days - cleaning lady did not change my sheets, did not clean the floor, just brought new towels. I would not recommend this hotel unless you re going for a concert at Concertgebouw. The only nice thing about this place are people that work in reception.

It's honestly a great hotel! Great area with lots of dining options close by, the museums are nearby as well. There's tram station (Overtoom) super conveniently 2 blocks away. Great choice and would def stay there again!

My room was on the 4th floor, in a closed area at night behind the reception and Breakfast area . Locked with a key at night. No room should EVER EVER be in a locked area. If there were a fire and an emergency, finding my key to get out, my glasses, in smoke makes no sense. Extrem scenario, and i am not paranoid, but these things happen. Non-negotiable and needs to be adjusted. Also, no iron and board in the room. Upon leaving, usually one expects, a How was your stay, bla bla bla, Felt like a number. Well priced for Amsterdam. However for the reasons above I decided to post which i about never do

It was such tiny room you couldn’t move your body around without touching the curtains. Paid over can$900 for 3 nights was totally not worth it. Hotel listed as 4 stars but felt like 2 or less.

Great stay at Amadi

I had a great stay at Amadi Hotel in Amsterdam. The hotel is conveniently located. Transportation a block away and a lot of restaurants in the area. Many amenities in the room including sleepers. The only thing that could be improved is the TV that’s kind of dated. Took ages to change from one channel to the next one. The rest all perfect!

The hotel is a bit further from city centre which is great, as not as noisy. Even following instructions we've managed to get lost trying to find it, but good when directed right. Staff is really lovely and friendly. The room itself was small but had all needed, clean too, welcome drinks, knowing Amsterdam prices it was worth it. Breakfast wasn't big but enough, lovely coffee. Overall would recommend but wouldn't expect this to be a 4 star, more like 3.

it was ok

It was an ok stay. It was clean enough although my duve and one of the pillows had some blood stain... but it was late when I figured and did not use the pillow and the one on duve was on top so I decided to ignore it... The receptionist was friendly. I could get free coffee which I appreciated.

We recently requested to switch rooms because the bathroom light was not working. The next day, we were moved to another room since there were no available rooms that night. However, when we entered the new room, there was a foul smell in the bathroom, and upon closer inspection, we found mold in the vents. The smell was unbearable, so we asked to switch rooms again and were assigned another one. Unfortunately, the heater didn’t work, and it was 1 degree Celsius outside. We ultimately decided to book another hotel. Please take a look at the ratings on Google Maps as well.

3.5 star - A little bit out of the tourist area

A little bit out of the tourist area. Set in an apartment block so it’s not like a traditional hotel. Phone didn’t work in our room and weren’t provided any info on breakfast etc with that being said, breakfast isn’t worth the money. However, the hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. It’s to a good standard. If it was a little cheaper I’d give it a 5 star but with it being still pricey, it’s a 3.5 star. Staff friendly enough though.

Average Amsterdam Hotel

The hotel was overall average, nothing wrong with that especially if you’re just touring the city. We found the room to be very small, the bed was average but the shower was great. One real negative was the sound in the other hotel rooms/guests arriving and leaving into their rooms, you could hear it all. Just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The TV’s are dated and the furniture in the room was broken (shelves fallen through etc). The bathroom was nice though and the shower was great, as well as this the free minibar was also a good USP.
