I had a nice stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect – the room was nice and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, funny, and communicative. The location is great, with easy access to public transport and several shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Really small bedroom, but spotless. Owners were so friendly and would go out their way to help you. Location wasn't the best for us but public transport was great to get into the city and airport

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was so friendly and created such a great and safe vibe. We loved coming back at night just to hangout in the lobby with board games. The hotel itself was very quiet. One note for certain guests is that there is a step down into the room and a step up to get into the shower. That might hinder some people. The area is easy to get to, with two different tram lines nearby plus a bus that goes directly to the airport. It may be a little bit out from the city center but it feels safe. Most importantly as a woman I felt safe being here. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We only stayed one night at Citiez Hotel and it was great for that short stay, but based on my personal preference I probably would not return for a longer stay. Here are some details about our stay and the place: -staff was absolutely wonderful and so friendly -hotel is located right in a plaza/ outdoor shopping centre type area, which can be good or bad depending on what you’re looking for. I loved the convenience -the rooms are SMALL. Like pretty much no room to even open a suitcase small -there’s a tram stop and bus stops really close (~2 minute walk), but this area is quite far away from the city center -when I researched this neighbourhood, I saw a lot of people calling it sketchy. The further from the central city you get, I can see how tourists might feel less comfortable, but I found this area to be very safe (bused and walked back from the club ~3am and it was fine). Just be aware of your surroundings and you’ll be okay. Although, it’s not busy at night like the central areas so that can make you uneasy -overall, I’d say it was a great option for a short stay

Staff were super helpful in getting us booked in, adding breakfast, advising trams into the city centre which is about 25mins from the hotel and organising taxis to the airport on leaving. Lots of places to eat at night and 2 supermarkets nearby. Will stay again nearby for otems needed.

the beat services I will ever use in my traveling experience… the workers at the hotel are so so nice.. Good communication and good customer service practices.… I will definitely recommend the Citiez Hotel if you ever want to travel to Amsterdam… and ask of Atila he's the best guy for the job… tank you my stay was awesome
